Current class action lawsuit bc evidence shows Samsung knowingly sold them & temp doesnt hold...fridge gets hot, ice maker gets too cold...u have the same issue if ur here so try & join the suit before its too late...their fridges are known to be problematic for yrs - ppl get sick from food not maintaining cold temps, temp wont change despite settings, ice maker jams, the fridge dies in <2 yrs despite the 2 yr overall & 5 yr motor warranty, & theyre purposely giving the run around & transferring u around in circles or promising follow up on "cases" that never happens...I have Samsung washer & dryer and both cost me lots $ to repair multiple times in 1st 5 yrs when theyre expensive to begin with...either the warranty doesnt cover it or it just ran out...theyre selling Americans cheap garbage after being known for quality, duping and robbing us blind. Currennt class action suit v Samsung for this, dying in <2 yrs, evidence that they knew the temp doesnt hold, ppl getting sick from rotten food, & purposely refusing to honor warranty or refund. I have a newer one & ice maker hasnt worked since shortly after purchase & paying to run the water line to it, temps in fridge & drawer dont maintain, & it wont lemme change the temp setting. My Samsung washer & dryer have both been repaired multiple times and warranty was over and/or didnt cover it, costing me more $ since buying them ~5yrs ago. Im gonna put a thermometer inside & document how warm it gets just out of curiosity but idk that I have months to make repeated calls for help when they purposely transfer u or bull$hit you...unfortunately this quick fix didnt work, thru no fault of this kind young man. Anyone reading this might wanna join the suit asap if u still can and avoid Samsung products, which are more expensive & have high repair costs which they should 😥
